Group Sales
Whether you're planning a night out with colleagues, celebrating with friends and family, or organizing a group experience for your school, nonprofit, or community organization, Freeman Arts Pavilion welcomes you!
Groups of 20 or more are eligible to purchase or reserve tickets together, making it easier to enjoy live arts experiences as a shared outing. From concerts to dance, theatre and family events, we offer a wide range of performances to suit every group’s interests. Explore the group ticketing details below and let us help you plan a memorable outing for your group.

Group Ticket Info
Groups — including businesses, nonprofits, organizations, families, teams and more — may purchase or reserve tickets with a minimum order of 20 tickets.
How to Order
Complete the Group Ticket Order Form: All group orders must begin with a completed form.
Response Time: Orders will be acknowledged within 2 business days.
Pricing
Group tickets follow the same pricing and fee structure as individual tickets purchased online or at the Box Office.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be issued digitally or held for Will Call pickup.
Digital Tickets: Sent to the group’s point of contact 2 days before the performance.
Will Call Pickup: Tickets will be held under one name only and will not be split for individual pickup.
The person picking up must match the name on the original order and present a valid photo ID.
If someone else will pick up the tickets, prior written approval from the Box Office Manager is required.
Group Responsibilities
The designated point of contact is solely responsible for distributing tickets to group members.
All group members must adhere to venue and ticketing policies.
Important Policies
All sales are final: Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
No ticket resale: Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. The only authorized seller is freemanarts.org.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any ticket or service for violations of this policy.
The Joshua M. Freeman Foundation is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
