Throughout the year, we collaborate with our partners to expand arts access by presenting programs where children, families, and the communities they belong to gather, and provide opportunities for them to experience live arts together. During the summer season, we host partner organizations and the people they serve for performances at our venue.
We work together through two partnership types:
- Core Partnerships: Designed for deeper collaboration, these relationships focus on co-creating arts experiences tailored to each organization’s community. Together, we design and deliver programs — such as workshops, performances, or residencies — that help organizations build their own capacity to incorporate the arts on a long-term basis.
- Access Partnerships: These partnerships focus on broadening reach and removing barriers to participation. Access partners connect their communities to free or reduced-barrier opportunities to experience live arts performances at the Freeman Arts Pavilion and ready-made art kits.
