How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available at freemanarts.org. You are limited to purchasing eight (8) tickets per event, unless otherwise noted on the event page, including orders associated with the same name, email address, credit card or other information. We do not recommend purchasing tickets from the following websites as they may not be legitimate: Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, StubHub, BoxOfficeTicketSales, EventTicketsCenter, Ticketsales, Ticketmaster, or any other ticketing site that is not freemanarts.org or the specific artist’s official website. Individual reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited.
How are tickets delivered?
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email (receipt). You will receive access to your tickets via text and/or email 2 days before the performance. To learn more visit, the

When is the Box Office open?
The Box Office is open on performance days beginning at noon (12 p.m.) through show time. Tickets are not mailed and must be scanned on a smartphone. Our Box Office can be reached by phone at 302-436-3015 on performance days beginning at noon. To learn more visit, the

What time do gates/doors open?
For evening performances, gates open at 5:45 p.m., or at the discretion of the artist, unless otherwise noted.
For 10 a.m. performances, gates open at 9:30 a.m.
What is the bag policy?

Patrons will be permitted to bring a single clear plastic/vinyl bag (no larger than 13" x 15") of personal items. Ziploc bags are permitted. Small bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" with no more than one pocket are also permitted. Diaper and medical bags are allowed and subject to search.
What type of security measures are in place?
The safety and security of patrons at Freeman Arts Pavilion is our highest priority. Freeman Arts uses walk-through metal detectors, handheld metal detector security wands and other security measures, including video surveillance. Please plan ahead and allow yourself enough time to pass through security. Thank you in advance for helping us create a safe environment for all.
Can I use cash to make purchases?
Freeman Arts Pavilion is a cashless venue. For concertgoers who come to the venue with only cash, Freeman Arts now offers a cash exchange kiosk. Convert your cash, dollar for dollar, with no charges, to a prepaid Mastercard. Use the card anywhere, not just at Freeman Arts Pavilion.
What forms of payment will be accepted?

What’s the cash exchange process?
Guests without credit cards or digital payment options can convert their cash to a prepaid card via a kiosk located in the venue near the Main Entrance. Multiple cards can be purchased. There are no fees associated with getting a card, but it does include a $20 minimum. Any balance remaining on the prepaid card can be spent outside of Freeman Arts Pavilion.
Are any of the funds held back during purchases?
No. The full amount of the card will be available for any purchases.
Where can I use the prepaid card?
This Mastercard can be used throughout the venue to purchase food, beverages, tickets and merchandise. Additionally, any remaining balance on the card can be spent outside Freeman Arts Pavilion anywhere prepaid cards are accepted.
Does it expire?
If after 91 days, the card is not used, the bank deducts $4.95 per month. If the card is not used within 2 years, any remaining funds will be forfeited.
May I bring my own food and drink?
No outside food and beverage items* (including reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies and factory-sealed water bottles) are permitted into the venue. Glass bottles, cans, coolers, reusable water bottles/cups, stainless steel koozies, thermoses, ice chests, open containers and alcohol of any kind are prohibited. Empty Freeman Arts wine carafes and empty Freeman Arts refillable water bottles are permitted.

Can I purchase refreshments at Freeman Arts Pavilion?
Yes! Freeman Arts Pavilion includes concessions for all to enjoy. The concessions open prior to performances with the gates. The Canteen offers food and an assortment of beverages, including beer, wine and canned cocktails. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are also available at The Canteen. Freeman Arts Pavilion partners with local food trucks to offer additional dining choices. Please check our social media messaging for the food truck schedule.

Does Freeman Arts Pavilion provide seating?
Freeman Arts Pavilion offers a variety of seating options, including General Admission, where patrons may bring their own chairs, and Reserved Seating, where chairs are provided. Please refer to the venue website and event listing for more details. Standing Room Only upgrades are also offered for select shows on a limited basis. Where should I park?
Parking is free but limited. Carpooling and ridesharing is encouraged for all performances. Lots are conveniently located adjacent to Freeman Arts Pavilion and
accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking attendants will direct vehicles when they arrive on-site. Biking is also encouraged with plenty of bike racks located near the Main Entrance. Our
Off-Site Parking Shuttle is also available for select performances. While our Off-Site Parking Shuttle does accommodate guests with mobility limitations, the bus is not wheelchair accessible. Some performances include the Jolly Trolley as a shuttle option and are indicated on the performance event page. Out of respect for our neighbors, concertgoers should only park in the designated parking areas and should not park throughout the Bayside community or in the shopping centers. Parking at the nearby shopping centers is not permitted for Freeman Arts Pavilion events. Towing will be enforced by the shopping centers.
Do you have accessible seating and parking?
Freeman Arts Pavilion offers accessible seating in every section of our venue. Accessible seating areas are located along aisles and in locations closest to exit pathways. We offer one companion seat adjacent to each accessible seat. Information on the locations of the companion seat is shown by hovering over the accessible seat on the Seat Map. Companion seats, if needed, should be reserved while booking accessible tickets. If you would like an accessible seat and plan to use the venue's chair, please email us at info@freemanfoundation.org. If a companion's seat should be removed when purchasing Accessible seats, please email us at info@freemanfoundation.org. Freeman Arts Pavilion offers Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs), which can be reserved in advance or upon arrival through the Box Office. Accessible parking is available in the lot closest to the main entrance of Freeman Arts Pavilion on a first-come, first-served basis. What happens if there is inclement weather?
Freeman Arts Pavilion is a rain-or-shine outdoor venue. However, in the case of severe weather — safety first! Please check our social media and website for weather updates.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. However, ticket insurance is available at checkout and may allow for a refund if you are unable to attend due to covered circumstances.
If a performance is canceled, ticket buyers will be notified. Any refunds issued due to a cancellation will be communicated via email. For claims under ticket insurance, please refer to the terms and conditions included in your purchase.
What is Secure My Booking Ticket Insurance?
Freeman Arts Pavilion has partnered with SecureMyBooking to offer optional ticket refund protection, allowing you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price. This protection must be added during your ticket purchase. You cannot add it later. To learn more, visit

What is the smoking and vaping policy?
Freeman Arts Pavilion is a smoke-free venue. Smoking, including the use of vaporizer devices, is prohibited on the grounds, as well as in the restrooms.
Can I bring in strollers and blankets?
Yes, strollers and blankets are allowed and can be placed anywhere on the Lawn. For patrons who purchase Reserved Seating tickets, there is no designated parking area for strollers.
Does my child need a ticket?
Children under 2 who are worn or are seated in the lap of an adult do not require a ticket for performances. Children under 12 are free for specific performances, which are listed on the performance event page.
