The Preview Night is an exclusive soft opening, inviting guests to be among the first to experience our new venue before the official opening on July 8. Attendees will enjoy an early look at the space in its entirety — from the stage and performance sightlines to the thoughtfully designed seating areas that set the tone for unforgettable nights ahead. This intimate evening is all about discovery, atmosphere, and getting acquainted with what’s to come.

The night will feature live sets from local artists, Olivia Rubini and Lower Case Blues! As guests explore and enjoy our new amenities, we appreciate your patience as our team tests systems and fine-tunes operations in a live setting. The Preview Night is a celebratory first step — an opportunity to share the space, gather feedback, and kick off an exciting new chapter together.

Lower Case Blues

Hailing from the Mid-Atlantic, Lower Case Blues is a Blues/Jam trio that has been on the scene since 2003. The band plays a mix of traditional Blues with a modern funky style, full of improvisation and organic instrumentation. Having released several albums and playing shows relentlessly, LCB has earned the reputation of being one of the hardest-working bands in the region.

Olivia Rubini

While American pop rock recording artist Olivia Rubini has been releasing music since the age of 15, her style throughout the years has evolved and transformed into a deeply personal reflection of her life and growth. Her dynamic pop voice has matured along with her writing style, which embodies catchy, clever, sophisticated pop lyrics with hints of classic rock mysticism. Inspired by Fleetwood Mac, Linda Ronstadt, Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus, The 1975, and a plethora of musical styles, she's cultivated a genuine and personal style of her own. Her years of vocal evolution & musical self-discovery have lead her to be a Top 20 Finalist on Season 25 of NBC's "The Voice", which aired February-May 2024.
