Kick back and enjoy a soulful morning with great music and food at our Jazz Meets Blues Brunch. This special event brings together the expressive sounds of jazz and blues — two deeply connected American music traditions rooted in improvisation, storytelling and musical exploration.

The morning begins with the Apple Trio, including local jazz pianist Joe Holt, vocalist Rhonda Apple and Mike McShane on drums, serving up jazz standards and familiar favorites. Then Lowercase Blues takes the stage, delivering an original blues sound that honors tradition while leaning into spontaneous, improvisational moments — where jazz and blues naturally meet and mingle.

While enjoying the music, guests will be treated to a delicious brunch menu offering a variety of savory and sweet favorites, perfectly paired with refreshing mimosas. Jazz and blues share a common heritage, both emerging from African American musical traditions and relying heavily on improvisation, call-and-response, and personal expression.
