Venue Policies
  • All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. 
  • Resale of tickets is prohibited.  
  • All performances are rain or shine. 
  • Patrons are limited to purchasing two (2) pods per event, or per artists’ requests. For performances on Aug. 15 or later, individual tickets are available within each pod. Patrons may purchase up to 8 seats or two pods per event. Pods can accommodate up to four patrons for all performances.
  • Pods should be occupied by members of the same household.
  • All performances this season will be BYOC (“Bring Your Own Chair”) to encourage a contactless experience. Blankets are permitted.
  • Masks are optional and not required for vaccinated patrons. Unvaccinated patrons are asked to wear a mask outside of their pod. Please maintain a distance of 3 feet.
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, patrons will be permitted to bring a single clear plastic/vinyl bag (no larger than 13” x 15”) of personal items, subject to visual (contactless) inspection before entering the venue. Ziploc bags are permittable. Clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are also permitted and the contents are subject to visual inspection.
  • No outside food or beverages (including reusable containers and factory-sealed water bottles). 
  • Please remove your chair from carrying bags before moving through security.
  • Patrons must arrive with all members of their pod to gain admittance into the venue. 
  • Patron re-entry is not permitted. All exits are final.
  • All purchases within the venue must be paid with credit or debit cards only; cash is not accepted. 
  • Please be mindful of physical distancing guidelines. 
  • Freeman Arts Pavilion is a smoke-free venue.
  • The use of cameras, audio, and video recording (including drones) during events is prohibited except by authorized press and personnel. 
  • Please be courteous and aware of those around you. That includes refraining from loud conversations, talking on cellphones, or engaging in otherwise inappropriate behavior.
  • As a live performance venue, guests should expect others will stand and dance.
  • Except for service animals, pets are not permitted.
  • Your attendance at events presented by Freeman Arts Pavilion may be digitally recorded through photographs or video recordings. These images may be posted on our website, in local publications, on the Internet, as well as in printed and digital marketing/promotional materials. 
  • Shirts and shoes are required and must be worn at all times. 
  • All patrons of Freeman Arts Pavilion agree to abide by all federal, state, and local laws.  
  • Tailgating is prohibited. 
  • Events and policies are subject to change without notice. 

What You Can Bring to The Freeman Arts Pavilion

  • One clear plastic or vinyl bag not larger than 13” x 15” (Ziploc bags are permittable). Clutch bags no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are also permitted and the contents are subject to visual inspection.
  • Diaper bags that accompany a child
  • Collapsible chairs no larger than 20” tall (from the ground to seat) x 36” wide. The use of extended side-tables, footrests and canopies on chairs is not allowed.
  • Blanket  
  • Pocketed personal items
  • Non-aerosol sunscreen and bug spray
  • Strollers
  • Extra clothes

  • Alcohol
  • Aerosol Cans (including sunscreen and bug spray)
  • Coolers 
  • Outside food items, including water bottles of any kind 
  • Firearms or weapons of any kind, including pocketknives
  • Umbrellas 
  • Tablets, iPads 
  • Selfie sticks 
  • Laser pointers 
  • Flags or banners of any size 
  • Balls of any kind or size 
  • Frisbees
